圆柱滚子轴承径向游隙检测仪器的改进

轴承游隙检测是轴承质量检测的一个重要环节,合格与否将会直接影响轴承的使用性能。X294仪器是测量外径100～400 mm之间的短圆柱滚子轴承径向游隙的专用检测仪器。当更换不同轴承规格时,需调整固定表架装置,不但费时耗力,而且换活时间长,效率低。尤其是对于部分中小型滚动轴承,固定螺杆和挡台不能够安装和固定内圈,导致无法测量这些产品的径向游隙。由于上述原因,对X294测量仪固定表架装置及固定内圈装置进行了改进。

The measure of bearing radial internal clearances is an important link in the inspection of bearing quality,it exerts a direct influence on the operating performance of bearings.X294 is a special instrument for short cylindrical roller bearings with outer diameters from 100mm to 400mm.Its fixed instrument frame needs to be adjusted when different specifications of bearings are measured.It will not only consume and expend a lot of time and energy,but also take a long time to change the bearings and cause low efficiency.Especially for some medium and small rolling bearings,their radial internal clearances can＇t be measured for the inner ring can＇t be set and fixed by the fixing screws and ribs of the instrument.Because of the above reasons,the fixed instrument frame and inner ring devices of X294 need to be improved.
