The technics difficulties of nicety class valve spool in hydraulic spring operating organization is analysed,technical project of turning instead of milling is raised and discussed,and in the end this technics is applied in the mass production of this valve spool.The passing rate achieves 95%,and remarkable technical economic effect is required.
