摘要
基于双平面影响系数法的原理,讨论了盘式转子双面在线动平衡系统原理,并对装置结构上的问题进行分析,提出解决措施。针对转子某些关键部位的振动要尽可能小的问题,提出了一种双面平衡、单点优选的平衡方法。分析表明,该方法在提高转子关键部位的平衡效果的同时,也可保证其它点具有较好的平衡效果。
Based on double-face influence coefficient theory,the principle of double-face online dynamic balance with balances disks was discussed in the paper.Some problems of this system were analyzed,and corresponding measures were put forward.In order to reduce the vibration of some key points of rotor,the method of double-face balance and single point optimization was discussed in the paper.The analytic result approved that this method could improve balancing efficiency for the key position of rotor system,and could ensure good balancing effect for the other points.
