摘要
针对CKM 200曲轴内铣双通道六坐标的特点,提出基于FANUC-0i-TTC数控系统控制方案,开发了连杆颈内铣宏指令和专门的刀补输入画面。全部坐标轴均配置绝对编码器构成半闭环控制。双刀盘加工的协调通过M指令实现。经实际运行考验,证明机床的数控改造取得了成功。
In order to meet the requirement on 2 channels 6 axes,FANUC-0i-TTC is applied in retrofit of CKM200 crankshaft internal milling,the pin internal milling macro instruction and the special tool compensation input picture are developed.The absolute position encoders are equipped for semi close-loop control.The synchronization between 2 channels is based on M code.The practical application shows that the retrofit is successful.
