摘要
为完善锚地规模论证分析理论,考虑航道状态对船舶通航的影响,将锚地和泊位相结合建立船舶离散状态转移模型,并对港口服务系统进行计算机仿真.基于船舶到港、泊位服务时间分别服从泊松与负指数分布,在不同锚地规模、泊位数及其服务效率下,分别计算船舶排队队长、排队概率与船舶锚泊时间,并讨论港口服务能力.仿真结果对港口服务能力的合理规划和组织具有重要的指导意义.
To improve the demonstration analysis theory of anchorage scale,considering the waterway state effects on ship navigation,a discrete state transition model of ships combining anchorage with berth was built,and the computer simulation for the whole port service system was carried on.Based on ships arrival time and berth servicing time obeying Poisson distribution and negative exponential distribution,the queuing length,queuing probability and ships staying time in anchorage were seperately computed in different circumstances of anchorage scale,berth number and berth service efficiency,and the port service capacity was also researched.Experimental results have an important instruction meaning on effectively arranging for and organizing of the whole port service capacity.
