东北三省农村居民收入比较分析

A Comparative Analysis of Rural Residents' Income in Northeast Three Provinces

东北三省农业生产环境接近,在农村居民收入方面,黑龙江省与吉林、辽宁相比,存在差别主要是区域性工资低、劳动力转移力度不够、农村固定资产投入不足、农民生产投入大、农业产业结构不合理、农民生产投资不足、农民与农垦存在竞争。扭转黑龙江省农民收入落后的局面,应加快场县共建,加大劳动力转移,完善农业金融体系,规范农业服务业,发展农业新型合作组织,推动和促进农业产业化发展。

The agricultural production environment is similar in three provinces of Northeast China,compared with the farmers＇ income in Jilin and Liaoning Provinces,farmers＇ income in Heilongjiang Province is lower,the transfer of labor force insuffi-cient,rural inputs in fixed assets short,production inputs large,agricultural structure irrational,production investment insuffi-cient,and the relation between farmers and reclamation enterprises is competitive.Therefore,Heilongjiang Province should take the strategy of cooperative construction between counties and farm bureaus,promote transfer of labor force,improve agricultural financial system,regulate agricultural services,develop new agricultural cooperative organization,and promote agricultural indus-trialization.
