区域创新系统研究文献综述

Literature Review on Regional Innovation System

区域创新能力由知识创造能力、知识获取能力、企业技术创新能力、技术创新环境、创新的经济绩效五大模块组成。目前,国内外对区域创新系统所做的经验研究主要遵循的路径是:构建评价区域创新能力的指标体系,然后借助这一指标体系对某些或某个区域的创新能力进行综合评价。但是,区域创新系统研究还远没有形成内部一致、逻辑严密的理论体系,现有的文献中对理论的系统探讨非常少,对案例的实证研究比较多。区域创新系统理论远没有成熟,亟需开拓性的数理研究,以实现库克提出这一命题以来的理论飞跃。

Regional innovation system consists of five modules： knowledge creation ability,knowledge acquisition ability,technological innovation ability,technological innovation environment,and innovative economic performance.Now the empirical researches taken to regional innovation system abroad and at home mainly are to build index system of evaluating regional innovative ability first,and then comprehensively evaluate some or a certain regional innovation ability.However,the study on regional innovation system is to far more reach consistent ad logical theory,and current literatures are fewer on the theory but more on empirical analysis.In brief,the study on regional innovation system is far more mature,need pioneering mathematical analysis to realize theoretical leap put forward by Cook.
