The advent of virtual organization greatly decreases expenditure,increases work efficiency,enlarge service area,shortens the time that the products enter into market,and provides developing strength and space for all companies.Virtualized human resources management is one of important functions of virtual organization and also a newly field that needs further study on virtual organization and human resources management.Virtualized human resources management brings challenge for virtual organization structure and modern information technology in recruitment,performance evaluation,payment management,and training development.Different enter-prises can take different virtualized human resources management and consider its positive and negative functions,and the trend of functional outsourcing will generate profound influence on role transition of human resources departments.
