摘要
针对电子产品在环境测试中出现的塑料外壳破裂现象,借助计算机模拟技术,对数码相机塑料外壳的注射成型过程和跌落冲击过程进行了模拟和仿真。分析了不同注射成型工艺条件下得到的产品质量及缺陷分布状况,结合跌落仿真得到的最大应力应变分布情况,优化出提高产品抗跌落冲击性能的成型工艺方案。结果表明,将仿真结果反馈到注射成型中,可以提高注塑工艺参数选择的准确性,提高制品在跌落碰撞时抗破坏的能力。
By computer simulation technology, the plastic injection molding process and the drop impact process for digital cameras are simulated. Combined with the biggest stress and strain distribution occurred in drop simulation, the product quality and their defect distribution in different injection molding process conditions are analyzed. The optimal molding process to improve the anti- impact performances is obtained. Based on the feedback of the falling simulated test result to the injection molding, the accuracy of molding process selection in injection can be improved, and resistance capacity of the product rupture can be enhanced under drop impact conditions.
