小学教师培养培训模式的改革与优化——基于高校与地方合作联盟的建立

摘要 目前小学教师教育中一个突出问题是高师与地方的合作关系弱化,高师专业教育与小学教育改革脱节,职前培养与职后培训脱钩。加强高校与地方的合作,构建小学教师教育共同体,有利于小学教师的培养与专业发展,有利于培养培训一体化的实现。要从加强合作的角度对小学教师培养培训模式进行改革与优化,实行"高校—小学为本"办学模式,坚持培养培训机构与模式的开放性、科学性,以推进教师教育的良性发展。 Currently,the prominent problems in teachers' education of elementary school are that the cooperation between higher education and locality has been weakened;higher normal professional education is divorced from educational reform of primary schools;cultivation before employment is cut off from training after employment.Strengthening cooperation between university and locality and constructing elementary school teachers' educational community are beneficial to the cultivation and professional development of elementary school teachers,and to the integration of cultivation and training.This paper argues for the strengthening of cooperation to reform and optimize cultivation and training mode of elementary school teachers,to implement school mode of "university—based on primary schools",and to insist on open and scientific mode of cultivation and training organization,in order to advance the healthy development of teachers' education.
