The essence of learning organization is innovation.Its common development prospects are to value teamwork,focus on skilled and constant learning,flat organizational structure,self management,and harmonious organization.Modern circulation enterprises inno-vate management mode through learning organization,deal with fierce market competition,and seek survive and development.In prac-tice,we need apply ＂five modes＂ of learning organization to promote stable and sustainable development of circulation enterprises.
