摘要
通过引入因果图法和层次分析法,将影响心理安全的因素用因果图进行分析和表示,然后根据一定的内在机理将因果图转换成AHP的层次结构模型,求得个因素事件的权值,得出个因素事件的重要程度,从而确定关键因素,即为预防的重点。
Through the introduction of cause & effect diagram method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the factors influencing the psychological safety are expressed and analyzed using cause & effect diagram which will be converted to hierarchical architecture model of AHP in accordance with a certain internal mechanism, therefore obtaining the weight value and importance degree of each factor so as to determine key factors,i, e. points against which special precautions should be taken.
