摘要
以咔唑酮(2)为原料通过一锅煮新工艺可直接制备蒽丹西酮。为研究其反应机理,先通过实验制备曼尼希反应中间体(3),再与咔唑酮反应制得蒽丹西酮(1),为新工艺的曼尼希反应机理提供了证据。
HT 3 receptor antagonist ondansetron can be prepared directly from 9 methyl 1,2,3,9 tetrahydro 4H carbazol 4 one(2) by new technology of one pot reaction. Mannich reaction intermediate 1 hydroxymethyl 2 methyl imidazole(3) was synthesized and reacted with compound(2) to produce ondansetron, which gave the proof that the new technology was of Mannich reaction mechanism.
