摘要 利用大鼠缺锌模型,研究缺锌对雄性大鼠生殖系统的影响。结果表明:缺锌组血清锌及睾酮水平,睾丸锌及睾酮水平,前列腺锌,前列腺、精囊腺脏器指数,精子密度,精子活率,精子穿透力等指标均较自由喂养组极显著降低(P<0.01),睾丸形态学观察发现,睾丸间质细胞及各级生精细胞形态异常,精子畸形,提示缺锌可引起雄性大鼠生殖功能障碍。 Effect of zinc deficiency(ZD) on the male reproductive system of rats was investigated through zinc deficient model. The findings were as follows:1. The zinc contents in serum、testis and prostate ,the testosterone levels in serum and testis of ZD rats decreased significantly.2.The absolute weight of prostate and seminal vesicle,the index of the organs were significantly lower than ad libium(AL).3.The sperm count,sperm motility and sperm penetrating power were lower than AL. 4.The form of testicular germ cells. Leydig cells and epididymal spermatozoa was abnormal. The results suggested that dietary zinc deficiency may lead to the paramorphia of testicular cells and the dysfunction of male rat′s reproductive system.
