摘要
绞股蓝多糖(25,50100mg/kg,ip)能明显提高小鼠碳粒廓清速率,其K值分别为0.0517±0.0117,0.0419±0.0119,0.0576±0.048,与对照组(NS)0.0169±0.0117相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。能增强肝癌Heps小鼠NK细胞活性,其活性(%)分别为21.40±4.00,41.19±11.56,49.65±5.06,除25mg/kg剂量组外,均显著高于对照组17.99±2.35(P<0.05),而对肉瘤S180小鼠NK细胞活性无明显影响。另外对小鼠血清溶血素和S180小鼠脾指数有显著提高作用,但对Heps小鼠脾和胸腺指数、S180小鼠胸腺指数和脾淋巴细胞转化无显著作用。
PGP(25,50,100 mg/kg.ip) could markedly enhance the clearance of charcoal particles ( P <0.05), increase the NK cell activity in Heps bearing mouse except the group of 25 mg/kg ( P <0.05), but it could not markedly increase the NK cell activity in S 180 bearing mouse. PGP could significantly increase the spleen index of S 180 bearing mouse,and the level of serum hemolysin, but it had no marked effect on the index (spleen, thymus) of Heps-bearing mouse, the thymus index of S 180 bearing mouse and the lymphycyte transfermation.
