摘要 本工作在整体大鼠、离体大鼠心脏与血管和培养大鼠血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)上观察和比较了肾上腺髓质素前体(proAdm)四个不同肽段的心血管效应。肾上腺髓质素(Adm)proAdmN端20肽(PAMP)和proAdm45-92肽均可以舒张大鼠主动脉环、降低血压,而肾上腺升压肽(Adt)则收缩大鼠主动脉环。proAdm的四个肽段对大鼠心脏均无明显变时性和变力性作用。Adt可以刺激大鼠VSMC的增殖,Adm和PAMP则拮抗Adt的促VSMC增殖效应。 The effects of four peptides derived from human proadrenomedullin (pro Adm)on cardiovascularsystem were observed on anaesthetic rats,isolated rat hearts,perfused rat aortic rings and culturesrat vascular smooth muscle cells (VSM).It was discovered that adrenomedullin(Adm),proadrenomedullin NH2-terminal 20 peptide(PAMP)and proAdm45-92 dilated aortic ring and decreasedblood pressure,while adenotensin(Adt)contracted aorta.All of these peptides seemed to have noapparent effect on isolated heart.Adt could stimulate the proliferation of VSMC,however,bothAdm and PAMP inhibited Adt-stimulated cell proliferation.
