中药制剂对烟雾刺激所致地鼠呼吸道炎症的保护作用 被引量:8

摘要 本文以烟雾刺激(每日2小时共三个月)复制地鼠呼吸道炎症模型并观察中药制剂对其保护作用。结果表明,烟雾刺激三个月,使地鼠的支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中的蛋白含量、红细胞(RBC)、中性粒细胞(PMNs)计数明显增加:丙二醛(MDA)含量及β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(β-g)活性也明显增高(均P<0.01);但肺动脉压及右心室/(左心室十室间隔)比值[P/(L+S)]无明显变化以上结果提示,烟雾刺激三个月只引起地鼠呼吸道炎症反应,并有炎性细胞聚集和活化。而对肺动脉压及右心功能无明显影响。中药制剂(甘草、连翘、山豆根复方制剂酒精提取物,每日灌胃1mL/100g体重共三个月)对上述呼吸道炎症有明显保护作用,使BALF中的蛋白含量降低,红细胞及PMNs计数明显减少。MDA含量降低,β-g活性也明显降低(均P<0.01)。讨论了中药制剂疗效的可能机理。 The smoking-induced hamster airway inflammation model was established and the effect ofChinesse herb mixture on it was observed.The results showed that,after smoking stimulation for 3months,the protein content,erythrocyte and neutrophil counts,MDA content,β -glucuronidaseactivity in hamster bronchial alveolar lavaged fluid(BALF)increased significantly. Chinese herb mix-ture(P.O.1mL/100g,3 months)could evidently inhibit these alterations(P<0.01). The pulmonaryarterial pressure and R/(L+s)did not change obviously after smoking stimulation for 3 months.Ourresults indicated that smoking stimulation for 3 months could only induce hamster airway inflammation,inflammatory cells aggregation and activation,but has no effect on pulmonary arterial pressure andright ventricle function.The possible mechanism of the therapeutic effect of chinese herb mixturewas also discussed.
