The Allocation of the Benefits and Risks of Entrepreneurship Team

创业活动大多是以创业团队的形式进行。团队创业中存在不同的个体,各自有不同利益、价值和目标;作为理性个体,为实现个体利益的最大化,一般会在创业团队风险决策过程中形成合作博弈关系;合作博弈的关键就是风险和利益的如何分配问题,只有做到利益共享和风险共担才能增强创业团队稳定性,提升创业团队的绩效。本文利用改进的合作博弈Shapley值模型研究了创业团队利益和风险配置问题,并通过示例对其进行了分析。

Most entrepreneurships activities are carried out by entrepreneurial team. Entrepreneurial team consists of defferent individuals, who have different benefits, values and aims. As a rational individual, to maximize their benefis, cooperative game relationship can form among individuals in the process of entrepreneurial team risk decision-making. The key of cooperative game relationship is how to allocate benefits and risks. Only if equal benefits and shared risks are carried out, entrepreneurial team will be more stable, its performance will be improved. This paper proposes a Shapley model based on uncertain income allocation,and employs it to analyze the benefit allocation and risk sharing of entrepreneurial team, which is further analyzed through an example.
