力量素质是各项运动的基础素质,棒球运动中的上肢力量的练习方法主要包括以下几个方面:杠铃的力量练习,徒手的、持杠铃片或轻哑铃的练习和塑胶皮条的练习。在做力量练习时,要注意快慢结合,负重不要过重,量不要过大,防止过大过量的运动对肌肉造成的损伤。
Strength quality is the basic quality of all kinds of sports, The upper limbs' strength exercise methods in baseball mainly includes the following respects: Strength practise with dumb-bells, unarmed, disk or light exercise and plastic exercise.While training strength, attention should be paied to the speed and degree: in order to prevent damage to muscles, it should not be overweighed to the shoulder, and should not be too much.
