体育教学是实现学校体育目的任务的基本途径,其实施过程及其效果与多种因素相关。从获得最佳教学效果出发,通过对体育教学及其过程的认识和理解,客观地分析并确定其基本构成因素,掌握它们的性质和职能,促进其同步发展与优化组合,才能从根本上增强体育教学过程的整体效应,提高实现体育教学目标的速度和水准。
Physical Education is the basic way of achieving Physical Education's aims. Its implementation and effects depends on a variety of factors related. Only on the motive of getting the best teaching effect, objective analysis to determine its basic form factor, master their nature and functions so as to promote their simultaneous development and optimize, could the speed and quality of improving the teaching objectives be fundamentally enhanced.
