摘要
加州大学伯克利分校开展的Scholar's Box项目成功地解决了开放教育资源建设的技术和文化互用性问题,促进了学生以及社会人员创建、使用以及分享开放教育资源。文章在对Scholar's Box项目进行介绍的基础上,探讨了其技术和文化的互用性问题,尝试为我国高校开放教育资源建设和共享中的一些问题提供解决思路。
The Scholar's Box Project has successfully solved the technical and cultural interoperability during the process of open educational resources(OER) construction.It enhanced the creation,using and sharing of open educational resources by teachers,students and the public.Based on the introduction of the Scholar's Box Project,the paper discusses the technology involved and cultural interoperability in the hope of providing solutions to the construction and sharing of open educational resources in China's colleges and universities.
