摘要目的:分析齐拉西酮对精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法:将我院2007年7月至2009年6月符合诊断标准的130例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,研究组采用齐拉西酮进行治疗,另组常规采用利培酮作对照分析,用PANSS和TESS评定两组的疗效和不良反应。结果:齐拉西酮组总有效率为64.6%,明显高于利培酮组的41.5%。两组在PANSS总分、阴性症状量表分及一般病理症状量表分方面的差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:齐拉西酮总体疗效优于利培酮,对阴性症状的效果尤其明显。 Objective：To explore the clinical effects and side effects of Ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Meth- otis ：The schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into Ziprasidone group and Risperidone group in 130 patients during July 2007 to June 2009 in line with the diagnostic criteria. Study group treated with Ziprasidone, and the other teams are used for comparative anal- ysis of Risperidone. The clinical effects and side effects were observed by the PANSS and TESS. Results： The overall efficacy rate of Ziprasidone（ 64. 6% ）was higher than that of Risperidone（41.5% ）. There were statistical differences in total score, N and G subscale scores of PANSS between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Ziprasidone is superior to Risperidone, especially to negative symptoms.
