Time point survey of psychotropic drug therapy of inpatients with mental disease in 2009

目的:了解住院精神分裂症患者精神药物的应用情况及其演变。方法:采用一日法对天水市第三人民医院306例住院精神分裂症患者的精神药物应用状况进行调查,将其结果与2007年和2005年相比较。结果:精神药物的使用频度发生了显著变化;新型精神药物的使用正在逐渐增多;精神药物的使用剂量基本都在安全范围之内。结论:精神药物的应用的多样性已是一种趋势。

Objective：To investiget the clinical application and the evolution of psychotropic drug therapy of inpatents with mental disorders. Methods ： the menthod of one day time point survey was used to investigate 679 inpatients with mentla disorders in Tianshui Mental Hospital in 2005 . The results were compared with the date at the same day in 2005,2007and 2009. Results： The ratio of using composed - hypnotize drugs had been prominently changed. The ratio of using new style psychotropic drugs was escalating and does of psychotropic drug was basically under the recommendatory safe doseage. But the ratio of using sedative - hypnotics drug in- creased significantly. Conclusions： There is a tendency to diversity the psychotropic drug in the patients with mental disorders.
