内科不同专业研究生临床实习焦虑状况调查分析

An investigation on anxiety in different medical graduate student internes

目的:探讨内科不同专业研究生实习焦虑状况。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS),对5个不同内科专业临床实习研究生共计154名进行了焦虑状态的评估。结果:内科实习研究生的SAS评分高于全国常模(u=35.14,P<0.05),且心内科研究生焦虑阳性率比其他内科专业的研究生都高(8.49、10.52、7.82、16.14,P<0.05)。结论:内科学研究生临床实习期间存在心理问题,且心内科专业研究生比其他内科专业研究生更加焦虑。

Objective：An investigation on anxiety in different medical graduate internes, nethods：A survey was conducted in 154 different medical graduate interns by using self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）. Results： The scores of SAS were higher in medical interns than that of the national norm（ u = 35.14, P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate of anxiety were higher in cardiovascular graduate than that of the others （ = 8.49,10.52,7.82,16.14, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Psychological problems exist in medical graduate internes , then cardiovascular graduate had more anxiety than any others.
