The Practice of the Undergraduation Teaching System Reform in Environmental Engineering under the Current Employment Situation

文章针对当前我国环境工程专业就业形势,结合上海理工大学环境工程专业特点,从制定培养计划、多种考核方式及创新性人才的培养三个方面,探讨了本科教学体系的改革。所培养的学生具有理论扎实、知识面宽、素质高、创新意识和独立工作能力强,很容易适应社会和市场的需求。

In this paper,University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as an example,the undergraduation teaching system reform in environmental engineering under the current employment situation was discussed from three aspects：development of educational programs,assessment methods,education of Innovative talents.The graduated students,which have solid theoretic,broad knowledge,high quality,innovation and independent ability to work,are able to adapt to society and the market demands.
