多媒体技术为情景模拟教学的实现提供了良好的技术支持。在情景模拟教学实验室的建设过程中,多媒体系统的设计和集成是一项重要内容。在研究了视频流媒体基础理论的基础上,论文分析了系统需求,明确了系统应具备的功能,提出了视音频录播点评系统整体构架,并整合现有的不同来源的流媒体节目,实现情景模拟教学中视音频的切换、录制、播放、回放、点评、刻录等功能,以高效、稳定地完成情景模拟的多项教学需求。

The rapid development of the multimedia technology provides the good technique support for the situational simulation education,and the design and integration of the multimedia system is a very important program in the construction of the situational simulation education lab.The paper elaborates the basic theory of video streaming media,the demands of the user and the system functions.It proposes the whole frame of the video recording and casting scheme,propounds the integrated truss of program sources originated from different ways,and realizes the video switching,recording,broadcasting,playback,CD burning and etc.,implements efficiently and steadily the demands of the situational simulation education in the training of the leading cadres.
