Multimedia and network teaching broke through the boundary of traditional class teaching,providing an efficient,mutual and immediate operation environment and good teaching services.This paper mainly discusses the characteristics and the advantages of multimedia and network teaching in college English teaching,but several problems should be paid much attention.
