摘要
本文根据传统数码相机的成像流程及其改进和相关算法,提出了一种基于人类视觉系统的低能见度图像增强算法。该算法通过模拟视网膜处理入射场景的两次滤波操作并对滤波后的图像进行后处理操作,对受天气影响的低能见度图像具有很好的增强效果。
An enhanced low visibility image processing algorithm on human visual system is proposed in this paper based on the imaging procedures and relative algorithms of the traditional digital camera.By simulating the double filtering operations of incoming scene and the following operations on the filtered images of the retina,the proposed algorithm shows the capability and efficiency in dealing with weather-effected low visibility images.
