摘要
葛洲坝船闸管理局自1983年以来,对三座船闸进行了9次计划性大修,积累了一定经验。计划性大修在工期要求、专业涉及面、工程质量等方面有其明显特点。建立大修现场指挥部进行领导指挥和工程三大控制两个管理,采用项目内部承包方式实施大修。随着船闸运用时间增长,大坝安全与船闸畅通对计划性大修的依赖性更强,要求更高。出现了大修的内容拓宽、停航时间增长、管理难度加大等新问题。本文在对大修实践认识的基础上,提出了加强大坝统一的技术管理,建立船闸岁修制度,重视平时对重要技术问题研究的建议。
The Gezhouba Shiplock Administration has gained some experience in rountine overhauls of shiplock Nos 1 ~ 3 since 1983. The rountine overhauls were characterised by the strict time schcdule, multi - discipline invovled and quality requi-rements- An overhaul Headquarters was formed. The schedaIe, quality and costs were controlled. The field management afld safety supervision were performed. The majorrepalrs were conducted by internal contracting. With the operation of the shiplock for long time, the dam safety and smooth navigation will be more and more dependent on the routine overhaul with higher requirements, afld the new problems, such as more overhaul items, longer navigation suspension and more difficulties in managment, will arisc. Based on experience with overhaul, suggestions have been made on strengthen-ing of unified teachnical management, yearly repair system and sudy on the key tech-nical difficlties from time to time.
