摘要 本文介绍了高强混凝土在土建、桥梁等领域的应用;提出了逐步提高拱坝混凝土强度等级的建议;讨论了提高强度等级后的温度控制、弹性稳定等问题.算例表明,提高强度等级将大幅度地减少坝体混凝土方量,尤其对高地震区的拱坝设计有重要意义. Because the thickness of arch dam primarily depends on the allowable stress of concrete, the volume of dam concrete may be greatly reduced by raising the strength of concrete. It is suggested in this paper to rai8e the strength of concrete in order to reduce the volume of concrete in arch dam, the relevant problems such as the temperature control, elastic stability, etc, are discussed, and two examples are given. One arch dam,157m high, with C3O concrete, the dam volume is a2. 6 × 104 m3,when the strength of concrete is raised to C40,the dam volume is reduced to 50. 2 × 104 m3, resulted in saving of 45- 8% another arch dam, 300 m high, with C4o concrete, the original dam volume is 684 ×104 m3, when the strength of concrete is raised to C45, the dam volume is reduced to 615 ×104 m3, resulted in saving of 69 ×104 m3.
