政府支持与农民专业合作社经营绩效关系的实证研究——基于高管团队集体创新的中介作用

Empirical Research on the Relationship Between Government Support and Farmer Specialty Cooperatives' Operating Performance:Based on the Mediation of TMT's Collective Innovation

为探讨农民专业合作社高管团队集体创新在政府支持与合作社经营绩效之间的中介作用,以292份有效调查问卷数据为样本进行实证研究。采用结构方程模型进行分析,结果显示,政府支持与合作社经营绩效呈显著正相关关系,并且与社会绩效的关系显著于与经济绩效之间的关系;高管团队集体创新与合作社经营绩效呈显著正相关关系;政府支持措施可直接对合作社绩效产生影响,大部分是通过合作社高管团队集体创新的中介效应产生影响。

The paper made an empirical research based on the 292 samples to explore the mediation of TMT＇s collective innovation between government support and farmer specialty cooperatives＇ operating performance.It took an analysis by SEM,and the conclusion was that the government and the operating performance had a significant positive correlation,and social performance was more significant than economic performance.TMT＇s collective innovation and operating performance had a significant positive correlation.Government support had a direct influence on the farmer specialty cooperatives＇ operating performance,mostly had an indirect influence by TMT＇s collective innovation.
