某石英砂有限公司粉尘危害调查报告 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对某石英砂有限公司的尘肺病危害调查,了解接尘工人的健康状况,以采取有效的防控措施。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康监护等方法 ,对工作场所中矽尘、游离二氧化硅等进行监测以及对接尘工人尘肺体检结果进行综合分析。结果工作场所矽尘检测8个岗位,有6个岗位不符合职业接触限值PC-TWA要求,游离二氧化硅检测4个样品,含量为43.1%~44.3%;噪声强度有7个岗位不符合职业接触限值要求;52名工人进行尘肺体检,诊断尘肺病9例。结论该石英砂有限公司生产车间矽尘浓度高,空气中的游离二氧化硅浓度在40%以上,噪声强度大,说明该石英砂有限公司尘肺危害严重,须对生产工艺、防护措施进行整改,切实保护工人的身体健康。 [Objective]Through the hazard survey of pneumoconiosis in a quartz sand Ltd. company to investigate the health status of workers exposed to dust, so as to take effective prevention and control measures.[Methods]On-site survey of occupational health, occupational health testing, occupational health surveillance, etc were adopted to monitor the workplace silica dust and free silica, and to conduct a comprehensive analysis on the results of pneumoconiosis examination of the workers with dust exposure. [Results]Of 8 posts in workplace detected for silica dust, 6 posts were not in conformity with PC-TWA occupational exposure limit requirements; 4 samples of free silica were detected at the level of 43.1~44.3%; the noise intensity of 7 posts did not meet occupational exposure limit requirements; of 52 workers received occupational health examination, 9 workers diagnosed as pneumoconiosis.[Conclusion]The high concentration of silica dust and high intensity of noise in workplace indicates that pneumoconiosis hazard is serious in this quartz sand Ltd. company. It is necessary to reform the production process and protective measures to effectively protect the health of workers.
