摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)同时测定生活饮用水中铁、锰、铜、锌、铅、镉、铝、镍8种金属元素的方法。方法采用轴向观测方式,结合多元光谱拟合(MSF)校正技术,直接分析样品;并对西城区市政管网水及二次供水进行测定分析评价。结果测定以上8种元素主要分析线的检出限、最低检测质量浓度、线性范围、加标回收率、精密度,减少了背景和其他元素干扰,且均能满足有关标准的要求。结论该方法可多种元素同时测定,操作简便,分析速度快,线性范围宽,结果准确可靠。
[Objective]To establish inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of metal elements of iron, manganese, copper, zinc, lead, cadmium, aluminum, nickel in drinking water.[Methods]The axial observation mode, combined with multi-spectral fitting(MSF)correction technology were adopted for direct analysis of samples. Municipal water in pipe network and secondary water supply of Xicheng District were tested and analyzed.[Results]The detection limit, the lowest test concentration, linear range, the recovery, and precision of the above 8 elements were determined by the method. The background and other elements interfere were reduced and the related requirements were satisfied.[Conclusion]This method is simple, fast, accurate and reliable, with wide linear range, which can be used for simultaneous determination of multi-element.
