阴道分泌物评分与阴道混合性感染关系的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨外阴、阴道假丝酵母菌病(vulvovaginal candidiasis,VVC)患者阴道分泌物评分是否与合并细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis BV)相关。方法对615例VVC患者阴道分泌物进行评价,同时取阴道分泌物涂片做Nugent革兰染色细菌评分和唾液酸酶快速试验。阴道分泌物评分与Nugent革兰染色细菌评分以及唾液酸酶快速试验进行相关性分析,用Bayes逐步判别分析构建判别函数。结果阴道分泌物评分与Nugent革兰染色细菌评分以及唾液酸酶快速试验阳性均呈正相关,r值分别为0.836(P<0.01)、0.831(P<0.01)。判别模型预测VVC合并BV正确率为94%。结论 VVC患者阴道分泌物评分对诊断VVC合并BV有一定敏感性,为临床治疗提供依据,并且减少了医疗费用。 [Objectives]To discuss weather the vaginal secretion scores of patients with Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (VVC) related to VVC combined with Bacterial Vaginosis (BV).[Methods]The vaginal secretions of 615 VVC patients were evaluated, and Nugent scores and sialidase rapid test were carried out with the vaginal secretion smears. The correlation between vaginal secretion scores and Nugent scores, sialidase rapid test was analyzed, and the discriminant function was gradually judged and built by Bayes.[Results]The vaginal secretion scores had positive correlation with Nugent scores and sialidase rapid test, the correlation coefficient r was 0.836 (P0.01) and 0.0831 (P0.01), respectively. The correct rate of VVC combined with BV predicted by discriminant model was 94%.[Conclusion]The vaginal secretion score of VVC patients has certain sensitivity on the diagnosis of VVC combined with BV, which can provide a basis for clinical treatment and reduce medical cost.
