某化肥生产企业职业病危害现状调查

Survey on Occupational Hazards of A Chemical Fertilizer Manufacturing Enterprise

目的调查某化肥生产企业的职业病危害状况。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和检测检验法进行分析。结果该企业存在的主要职业危害因素有粉尘、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、氨、甲醇、二氧化硫、硫化氢、噪声及高温等因素,检测结果显示,作业场所空气中粉尘浓度和噪声强度超标严重,一氧化碳、氨浓度部分超标。体检发现职业性噪声聋观察对象12人。结论该企业职业病危害程度比较严重,必须加强治理和进行个人防护。

[Objective]To investigate the occupational hazards in a chemical fertilizer manufacturing enterprise.[Methods]On-site occupational health survey and testing method were adopted.[Results]The major occupational hazards existed in this enterprise were dust,carbon monoxide,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide,ammonia,methanol,sulfur dioxide,hydrogen sulfide,noise and heat.The detection results showed that air dust concentration and noise intensity exceeded standards seriously,while the concentration of carbon monoxide,ammonia exceeded standards to a certain extent in workplace.The examination showed 12 workers were occupational noise deaf.[Conclusion]The occupational hazards is serious in this enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the control and individual protection.
