摘要
目的初步探讨北豆根中生物碱抗小鼠移植性宫颈癌的作用。方法取50只小鼠建立U14荷瘤模型,随机分成5组:阴性对照组,环磷酰胺组,北豆根生物碱高、中、低剂量组。小鼠腹腔注射药物15天后进行小鼠实验,测定小鼠瘤重,计算抑瘤率、胸腺、脾脏指数。结果蝙蝠葛生物碱各组对U14荷瘤鼠肿瘤生长具有抑制作用,3个剂量组的抑瘤率分别是63.07%、54.6%、10.03%,3个剂量组均能提高U14荷瘤鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数。结论北豆根生物碱对U14荷瘤鼠具有明显的抑制作用。
[Objective]To preliminarily study the effect of alkaloids of Rhizonm Menispermi against transplanted cervical cancer of Mice.[Methods]A total of 50 mice were collected to create U14 tumor model and randomly divided into 5 groups: negative control group,cyclophosphamide group,high dose group of alkaloid,medium dose group of alkaloid and low dose group of alkaloid.Intraperitoneal injections of drugs 15 days later the mice were tested.The tumor weight were measured;and the inhibition rate,the index of thymus and spleen was calculated.[Results]The Rhizonm Menispermi alkaloids had inhibitory effect on tumor growth of U14 tumor-bearing mice.The inhibition rate of 3 dose groups was 63,07%,54.6%,10.03%,respectively.The 3 dose groups were all able to improve the thymus index and spleen index of U14 tumor-bearing mice.[Conclusion]Rhizonm Menispermi alkaloids has obvious inhibitory effect on U14 tumor-bearing mice.
