摘要
目的探讨社区卫生服务在小商品批发市场开展艾滋病知识健康教育干预的模式、效果。探讨社区卫生服务在小商品批发市场开展艾滋病知识健康教育干预的模式、效果。方法采取随机抽样原则,在2个市场内分别抽取干预组和对照组各500人,进行艾滋病知识等方面的基线调查;在给予干预组健康教育宣传后,对干预组和对照组再次随机抽取各500人进行调查,对比干预组、对照组的差异,评价干预活动的效果。结果本次对小商品批发市场工作人员的干预活动产生了一定的效果,但是干预人群的效果比较有限,这可能与小商品批发市场工作人员的工作特点有关。结论建议如在岗前教育中等时段加入健康教育内容,并配合日常广播、宣传折页等宣传手段将会明显提高干预的效果。
[Objective]To investigate the effect and mode of health education about AIDS on floating population in small commodity markets.[Methods]Random sampling method was adopted to recruit 500 people each from 2 markets as intervention group and control group for baseline survey of AIDS knowledge;after the health education,another survey was done to evaluate the difference between the intervention group and another control group,as well as the intervention effect.[Results]The intervention had a certain effect on floating population in small commodity markets,but did not reach the expected results,that might relate with the operating feature of workers in small commodity markets.[Conclusion] It is suggested that the health education combined with daily propaganda and brochures should be added in the pre-job education at the medium period to significantly improve the effectiveness of intervention.
