高度近视合并白内障超声乳化手术的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Phacoemulsification for High Myopia Complicated with Cataract

目的观察高度近视合并白内障超声乳化手术的临床效果。方法回顾分析内蒙古医学院附属医院2005年5月—2009年5月4年间进行超声乳化手术的高度近视合并白内障患者手术,术前眼科常规检查,表面麻醉下采用低能量、低负压、低流量白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术,观察术中、术后并发症,术后矫正视力。结果术后视力均有不同程度的提高,术中后囊膜破裂1眼(1/100)。结论表面麻醉下低能量、低负压、低流量来完成超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗高度近视眼白内障是较安全有效的。

[Objectives]To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification for high myopia complicated with cataract.[Methods]The cases of phacoemulsification for high myopia complicated with cataract in the Affiliated People＇s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College from May 2005 to May 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.The routine eye examination was performed before operation,and patients received phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation under topical anesthesia with conditions of low energy,low negative pressure and low flow.The intraoperative and postoperative complications,and corrected visual acuity were observed.[Results]The postoperative visual acuity improved in different degree,and posterior capsule rupture occurred in one eye（1/100）.[Conclusion]The phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation under topical anesthesia with conditions of low energy,low negative pressure and low flow for high myopia complicated with cataract is safe and effective.
