摘要
作为社会结构变迁过程的载体,城市化与社会政策和制度密切相关,通过制度性投入,实现社会结构的创新与再造,尤其是改变城乡人口分布结构是中国城市化的中心议题。当前中国城市化的难点是由乡村向城市转变过程中所引发的各种制度性问题,只有在户籍改革的基础之上加强社会保障、住房等制度投入,才能实现城乡一体化的善治。
As the carrier of the changes in social structure,urbanization is closely related to social policies and institutions.Realizing innovation and recycling of social structure,particularly changing in urbanrural population distribution structure through institutional input is the central theme of China′s urbanization.Currently,the difficulty of China′ s urbanization is a variety of institutional issues initiated in the process of shift from the rural to urban.Only by strengthening social security and housing and other system inputs on the basis of the household registration reform,can we achieve good governance in urban-rural integration.
