天生桥一级水电站放空洞高水头弧形闸门的设计研究 被引量:5

摘要 在研究国内外众多潜孔弧形闸门资料的基础上,通过对总水压力、最大承压水头、闸门孔口尺寸、水封形式和门槽水力学等关键性的技术指标和参数的对比分析,进行了天生桥一级水电站放空洞弧形工作闸门的选型设计。在120m承压水头下采用液压伸缩式水封,刷新了潜孔弧形闸门使用该种水封的国内记录。通过天生桥一级水电站放空洞弧形工作闸门及液压伸缩式水封的选型设计的实践,为我国高水头潜孔弧门的选型设计积累了经验。 On the basis of the study on the numerous submerged radial gates at home and abroad, some key technical indexes and parameters, such as total water pressure, maximum artesian head, hole dimensions of gate, water sealing type and hydraulics of gate slot, etc., have been compared and analyzed. The type selection and design of the working radial gate for the releasing tunnel of Tianshengqiao First cascade Hydropower Station have been conducted. The hydraulic expansion seal has been adopted under the artesian head of 120 m, which breaks the domestic record of such seal used in submerged radial gate. The practice of the type selection and design of the radial gate and the hydraulic expansion seal for the releasing tunnel of Tianshengqiao First cascade Hydropower Station provides the experience of type selection and design of high water head submerged radial gate in China.
