一步法合成聚[1,3-双(对羧基苯氧基)丙烷-癸二酸]

One-Pot Synthesis of Poly(1,3-bis(p-carboxyphenoxy) propane-co-sebacic Acid)

摘要 以1,3-双(对羧基苯氧基)丙烷和癸二酸为原料,通过一步熔融聚合法合成了比例为80∶20和70∶30的聚[1,3-双(对羧基苯氧基)丙烷-癸二酸]共聚物,粘度分别为0.64 Pa.s和0.28 Pa.s。并利用红外、核磁、TGA等手段对产品进行了表征。共聚物在pH值为7.4的磷酸缓冲溶液中降解14 d,降解率达76%和61%。以上数据表明以上两种共聚物具有很好的短期释放性能。 Copolyanhydrides were prepared using 1,3-bis(p-carboxyphenoxy)propane and sebacic acid(20∶80 or 30∶70) by melt polycondensation in one pot.The inherent viscosities of the copolymers were 0.28 Pa·s and 0.64 Pa·s,respectively.The synthesized copolyanhydrides were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H NMR),and thermogravimetry(TG).The obtained copolymers could degrade in phosphate buffer solution(pH 7.4) and the weight losses were up to 76% and 61%,respectively.It was shown that these two copolymers could be used as short-term controlled delivery of bioactive agents.
