摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、烯丙氧基聚乙氧基硫酸铵(APES)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发体系,在水溶液中合成了AA/APES共聚物阻垢剂。考察了共聚物单体摩尔配比、阻垢剂用量对阻碳酸钙、磷酸钙垢率的影响,并与其它阻垢剂进行了比较。结果表明,AA/APES具有良好的阻碳酸钙和磷酸钙垢性能。 AA/APES was synthesized in water solution with acrylic acid(AA),allyloxy polyethoxy ammonium sulfate(APES) as raw material,ammonium per sulfate as initiating system.The effects of monomer molar ratio,amount of the copolymer on inhibition rate of calcium carbonate,calcium phosphate calcium phosphate were investigated and compared with other inhibitors of the scale the performance.The result showed that the AA/APES had a good efficiency on the inhibition of calcium carbonate,and also had excellent efficiency on the inhibition of calcium phosphate scale.
