干气预提升技术在催化裂化中应用的分析 被引量:4

摘要 在重油催化裂化装置提升管中用干气代替水蒸气作为预提升气。通过该项技术在催化裂化装置中的运用进行分析,阐述了该技术在装置上运行的可行性,及其在改善提升管的工况、抑制油品的脱氢反应、提高轻质油收率和降低催化剂单耗、降低装置能耗等方面所发挥的良好作用,并对应用后经济效益进行了初步分析。 It was introduced that dry steam was applied in riser tubes as preliminary steam in catalytic cracking apparatus.Discussions on the application showed the feasibility for the application of the technique in the apparatus,and good effects that it brings on improvement of operation of the riser tubes,on inhibition of dehydration of oils,on increasing of recovery of light oils,on lowering consumption of catalysts,on lowering energy consumption by the apparatus,and etc.Also the economic efficiency after the application of the technique was preliminarily discussed.
