摘要
采用理想的乙酸-氢氧化钠一步法制备双乙酸钠,确定了合成反应的优化条件,并以TG/DTA、IR分析对产物进行了表征。结果表明,该制备方法具有操作简单、原料易得、无污染、产品质量稳定等特点,产品收率达到97%以上。
The most ideal acid-one-step preparation of sodium diacetate sodium hydroxide were studied,by single factor experiments and orthogonal test to determine the optimal experimental conditions,and titration,TG/DTA analysis,IR Infrared spectroscopy analysis and characterization of the product.The results showed that the method was simple,easy to get raw materials and pollution-free,stable product quality.The products met the quality standards for sodium diacetate,the yield was over 97%.
