摘要
雄蚕蛾油是从雄蛾体内提取的一类具有生物活性的物质,富含亚油酸、亚麻酸、类固醇类和甾类激素,具有很高的药用价值。本研究通过不同雄蚕品种的蛾油含量比较,初步筛选出2对高蛾油含量的雄蚕品种"华菁×平皓"、"华菁×平28",蛾油含量达50%以上,兼具高茧层率和万蚕产茧层量性状,为进一步的开发利用提供了品种资源。
Male silkworm moth oil is a class of biologically active substances extracted from male silkworm moth, which has a high medicinal value with rich linoleic acid, linolenic acid, steroid and steroid hormones. The moth oil content of different male silkworm varieties were compared in this paper. And two pairs of male silkworm varieties ＂HuaJing x with high moth oil content （above 50%）, high values Pinghao＂, ＂HuaJing×Ping28＂were selected out of cocoon shell rate and cocoon shell yield per 10000 larvae, which provide the resource of varieties for further development and utilization.
