摘要
应用本文作者提出的日海地新关系和长期水文预报方法,对1998年嫩江、松花江洪水进行了定性和定量预报。
Using a relation between sun, sea and land, and a long-term hydrologic forecasting method advanced by the present writer, Nenjiang river and Songhuajiang river 1998 flood was qualitatively and quantitatively forecasted. The relation further explains the genesis of the extreme value flood.
