摘要
以一个制造商和一个回收商构成的逆向供应链为研究对象,在考虑回收品部分可利用的基础上,研究了制造商如何激励回收商更多地提供回收品的问题,设计了两阶段价格激励契约并确定了价格上调点。回收量以价格上调点为分界点,执行不同的回收价。通过分析发现,回收商期望收益一直在增加,而制造商期望收益以价格上调点为分界点先上升后下降直至为零。当制造商期望收益为零时,逆向供应链期望收益最大。该契约在不影响逆向供应链总体收益的前提下,激励了回收商分享逆向供应链上的收益。最后,通过算例进行了验证。
Taking a reverse supply chain consisted of a manufacturer and a recycler as the object,on the basis of part of available recyclables,the problem of how to encourage recyclers to provide more recyclables was studied,the two stages contract of the price incentive was designed at first and the point of increasing price was determined.Returning quantity was divided by point of increasing price into two stages,at which different recovery prices were implemented.Through the analysis,some conclusions were made.The expected return of recycler had increased all the time,while that of the manufacturer increased until it reached the point of increasing price,and then decreased until zero.When it became zero,the expected return of reverse supply chain was highest.This mechanism stimulated the recycler to share reverse supply chain's benefits under the premise of the overall benefits of the reverse supply chain remaining unchangeable.Finally,a numerical example was confirmed the conclusions.
