摘要
目的探讨16排螺旋CT三维重组技术,即多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及容积再现(VR)在骨骼系统外伤病变诊断中的应用价值。方法对临床500例存在骨骼系统骨折的患者行16排螺旋CT扫描后所采集的容积数据在GE工作站中应用软件功能行MPR、MIP、VR图像重组进行观察损伤细节,同时与X线片及CT二维图像进行对比。结果 MPR、MIP和VR重组图像可以清晰地显示骨骼系统骨折地细节,同时VR重组可以直观立体地显示骨折手术后的治疗效果。结论 16排螺旋CT三维重组技术是诊断骨骼系统骨折的有效手段,是复杂性骨骼系统骨折术前诊断和术后复查的首选检查方法。
Objective To value the application of multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP) and rendering technique(VR) in diagnosis of skeletal trauma.Methods 16 spiral CT scanning(GE 16 VCT) was performed in 520 patients with skeletal trauma.The MPR,MIP and VR images were reconstructed by GE work station.The results were compared with the findings obtained from two-dimensional CT (2DCT) and X-ray images.Results MPR,MIP and VR images could demonstrate the details of skeletal fracture clearly.It is useful for the formulation of surgical operation,and also VR could stereoscopic display the surgical treatment effectiveness.Conclusion The three-dimensional technique of 16 spiral CT is an effective method in diagnosis of skeletal fracture,and should be the first choice for complicated skeletal fracture before and after surgical operation.
