摘要
对于生产性企业,多元质量控制是全面质量管理中的重要内容之一。由于多元质量控制具有复杂性,因而传统的方法并不能取得满意的结果。以生产工艺为基础构建结构方程概念模型,通过采集的产品质量指标数据对概念模型进行训练和检验,进而基于拟合的模型参数进行生产系统质量因素分析并为多元质量控制提供依据。实证表明所提方法能有效用于多元质量控制,特别对促进质量的系统化管理、关键工艺路径识别都有重要意义。
Multivariate quality control is one of the most important factors in total quality management(TQM) for a productive enterprise.Since several factors are involved in the process of multivariate quality control,multivariate quality control is so complex that some traditional methods couldn't come to satisfying effect.The paper tries to construct structural equation conception model on the basis of production process,collect corresponding data of production process,then simulate the conception model and test the fitted model,finally the fitted model and its parameters are used to analyze the quality factors of production system and used to provide argument and theoretical foundation for multivariate quality control.The empirical test shows that the method is affective to multivariate quality control,especially it is helpful to systemic management of quality,identification of key process.
