摘要
通过理论计算准时化采购的订单的分析。在操作层面得到了一套实现准时化采购系统的方法。并总结提出了建立准时化采购系统的基本条件:精确的零部件管理系统、平准化生产、MilkRun物流路线以及虚拟生产线。
This paper systematically analyzes the calculation of JIT purchasing system.It describes the method for creating JIT Purchasing system in practice.Some necessaries for JIT purchasing system are presented：accurate components management system,Heijunka production,MilkRun logistics route and virtual production line.
